Effective When Wet

Developed in Germany, Sluggo's active ingredient is iron phosphate, an organic compound that breaks down in the soil and becomes fertilizer. Sluggo remains effective after rain or watering.

Scatter Sluggo Snail and Slug Bait on the soil surface, preferably in the evening when the ground is damp. Sluggo lures snails and slugs from their hiding places. Once the snails and slugs eat Sluggo, they quit feeding on the plants and go back to their nesting area to expire peacefully. You don't have a big pile of dead snail or slugs to look at or clean up.
